Jumanji: African Adventure Stickers are collectible sticker albums, printed and released by The Laughing Cow to promote the 1995 TriStar Film. The 12 stickers were individually released in special Laugh Cow packs and then collected with the intention to create the picture left to right, to create the complete the picture.

The Crocodile

“Crocodiles inhabit most tropical regions of the - Africa, Asia and Australia. The smallest is the pygmy Crocodile of the Congo which measures just 1 metre in length. Others, such as the Salt Water Crocodile may reach a length of 10 metres! Highly agile in their water habitat, Crocodiles are formidable predators!”

The Pelican

“Found living in vast colonies in most hot and humid regions of the globe. With its long neck and enormous beak, the Pelican is one of the largest flying birds in the world. The unusual beak has a special pouch which is used like a net for catching fish.”

“The King of the Cats! The Lion may measure 2.7 metres in length and weigh up to 250kg. The male has a thick mane which covers his head and neck. Lions live in a family group (prides) and often hunt together using an 'ambush' technique. Widely distributed from Kenya to South Africa, the Lion has no natural enemy except man!”

The African Elephant

“The African Elephant is the largest land mammal on earth measuring up to 6 tonnes. Its trunk may be used to smell, put food in its mouth, move objects, and even provide a shower! The largest populations of Elephants are in wildlife parks of Tanzania and Kenya.”

The Guenon Monkey

“A monkey of medium size with rounded head and long tail. Found all over Africa, mostly in forested areas, Guenons are sociable and live in groups. They have a large vocabulary and emit a variety of grunts and low croaks. Guenons have a mainly vegetarian diet but occasionally eat small animals, fish and shrimps.”

The Bat

“The Bat is the only flying mammal in the world. They are nocturnal creatures, so to find their way in the darkness they use a special 'sonar' navigation system. The bat makes a series of high pitch sounds which bounce back from obstacles in its path. The largest Bat has a wing span which can reach 1.1 metres.”

“This snake is found across Africa and Asia.Up to 2 metres long, its bite is usually fatal unless help is at hand. Sensing danger, the Cobra raises its neck and upper bod and expands the skin to form a protective hood around its head. The Cape Cobra, from the southern tip of Africa, likes to eat other snakes!”

The Zebra

“Famous for its striking black stripes, there are 3 main species of Zebra - Burchell's Zebra, found from Namibia to the Sudan and Somalia; the Mountain Zebra, the smallest Zebra, found on the South African Cape and to the South West, and lastly,Grevy's Zebra found in Ethiopia, Somalia and Northern Kenya.”

Table Mountain (The Parrish Mansion)

“Derives its name from its unusual shape - the summit is virtually flat and often hidden by a covering of clouds. Table Mountain is located at the southern most point of South Africa, where the Indian and Atlantic oceans meet. Internationally famous, its 1200 metre cliffs overlook the Cape Bay.”

The Springbuck

“The Springbuck is sometimes neon as the 'leaping antelope' of South Africa. When excited, they may leap up to 10 ft into the air, 5-6 times in succession! The voice of the Springbuck is very feeble - but they raise the alarm with members of the herd by raising a ridge of white bristles on their hind quarters.”

The Scorpion

“With is poisonous sting, the Scorpion can be very dangerous to man. It spends the day hidden under rocks and in tunnels which it digs in the sand. By night, the Scorpion hunts insects, using its fearsome claws and only using its venomous tail if the victim resists! The largest Scorpion measures a metre 20cm in length.”
